JewelrybyClem use high quality sterling silver, silver plated as well as gold filled and plated. Over time some of these metals may tarnish or turn dark. This is part of the normal wear process. We are not able to restore items that have tarnished or discolored,

• Please roll your bracelet over your hand. Do NOT pull your bracelet over your hand!

• Never use jewelry cleaner- To harsh and may be to abrasive.

• Do not bang beads or drag or rub on tables and furniture.

• Apply lotions or perfumes before wearing your jewelry.

• Best to store jewelry in plastic bag or jewelry pouch.
